Our Returns Policy
Returning an item
Goods returned must be in original condition, in original packing, unworn and fit for resale. (See conditions below).
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Wizards End, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel. Please re-package the goods and send to the address below:-
Please enclose a note stating your shipment number and the reason for your return.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
*** Returns Conditions
A saleable condition means you've kept all your original packaging and labels and that the item is undamaged, unsoiled and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods aren't in a saleable condition.
For Health and Safety reasons we do not accept back:
Items which are soiled
Items which include human parts, like flakes of skin or hair etc.
Items which include pet hair, pet saliva etc.
We deem all the above as unreasonable and so will reject your return. You will be responsible for the costs of recovering these items.
In order for us to be able to resell items after they have been returned the product packaging as well as the product needs to reach us in perfect condition, so please take care when parcelling returns!
Costs of returning items
We would rather keep the cost of delivery lower in the first instance therefore we are unable to offer a free returns service, so returning items is done at your own cost. We advise that when returning items back to us you keep proof of postage as we can't be held responsible for any parcels until we have received them back.
We can arrange collection of your items at a charge of £7.50 for UK Mainland customers (excluding Islands and Highlands.) Please contact email@example.com for a quote to Islands, Highlands or International. Please retain your proof of collection until we have actioned your further request(s).
